Yhanna has always been a natural caregiver — compassionate, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to helping others succeed. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant at just 15 years old and spent over a decade providing hands-on patient care, building a strong foundation in the healthcare field and shaping the service-first mindset that drives everything she does.

For the past 11+ years, Yhanna served as General Manager of a home health agency, where she managed payroll for over 150 employees and oversaw a wide range of financial and administrative operations — including billing and invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, Profit & Loss reporting, and tax preparation. Her organizational skills and dedication to accuracy kept the agency running smoothly through every season.

That experience led her to take a major step forward: founding Precision Solutions & Advisory. Her mission is to offer the best customer service at an affordable rate, built on a foundation of honesty and clarity. In just a year, she's helped numerous individuals and businesses prepare their taxes, reviewed financial records, and investigated cash flow issues to help clients better understand and manage their finances.
